The role supervises two or more direct reports, coordinates program activities, reviews client documentation, conducts case conferences, prepares reports, supports staff performance and training, and handles client and program issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, along with case management, reporting, Microsoft software, database, and supervisory skills; HRA, housing, and community-resource knowledge are preferred.
