CareLink Community Support Services is hiring a Program Supervisor II to oversee the daily operation of CareLink programs, supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate service plans and activities, monitor participant medications and records, ensure regulatory compliance, manage scheduling and staffing, and support quality improvement and billing. The role requires a master’s degree or above with one year of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience, plus at least one year of supervisory experience; CPR certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.
