Mental Health Connecticut is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for a 30-hour workweek in the Torrington area. The role supervises direct-care staff, develops schedules, supports recovery-oriented services for four women with trauma and psychiatric hospitalization histories, oversees training and performance, handles staffing and hiring, and provides crisis support. The position pays $1,560 per 60-hour two-week pay period and includes medical and dental coverage, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits. A bachelor’s degree in a social science or related field is preferred, while an associate degree plus three years of experience is required; residential program supervision experience is preferred.
