Description
The Program Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for AWBS’ IDD services in Macomb County, supervising direct-service staff, overseeing field-based agency worksites, maintaining a limited caseload, reviewing clinical documentation, coordinating training and care, supporting psychosocial and risk assessments, and participating in quality assurance and compliance activities. The role requires an MSW, LLMSW or LMSW credentials, and at least three years of experience in a Supports Coordinator, Case Manager, or similar role; supervising Supports Coordinators or Case Managers is preferred. The position involves driving to clients throughout Macomb County and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, sit for extended periods, and work assigned shifts.
