KEBM is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor / RBT in McDonough, Georgia, for a hybrid role combining at least 20 billable RBT sessions per week with approximately 12 hours of on-floor supervision and 8 hours of case management and data review. The position delivers 1:1 and pod ABA therapy, coaches RBTs, supports challenging behaviors, reviews treatment data, provides parent training, and helps onboard new staff. Candidates should hold a BCaBA or be an RBT in a master's program with fieldwork hours, be comfortable with direct clinical work, and be able to respond to challenging behaviors with training and supervisory backup.
