The Program Supervisor - Residential oversees daily operations and service delivery for an assigned residential program, providing leadership and direct supervision to program staff. The role supports staff development, team communication, program compliance, quality improvement, community partnerships, and strategic planning. Candidates must have a behavioral-science bachelor's degree and one year of service-delivery experience with persons with mental illness, or qualify as a Minnesota mental-health practitioner with the specified education and supervised-experience requirements, plus two years of experience leading services to people with mental illness and prior employee-supervision experience. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage and an annual salary of $73,000 to $80,000.
