Description
ResCare Community Living, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor to oversee a team of caregivers and help deliver home- and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines supervision, administrative work, and direct support, including implementing Individual Service Plans, hiring and training staff, scheduling, medication administration, personal care, meal preparation, and community transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, age 18 or older, a driver's license with vehicle registration and auto insurance, and strong communication and organizational skills are required. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available.
