Description
The Residential Program Manager (Program Supervisor) will manage the day-to-day administration, youth and family services, staff development, and on-call rotation for a DCF residential program serving up to nine adolescents. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human-services-related field, one to three years of residential experience with adolescents, latency, or young adults, and a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle. The position offers a starting salary of $71,680 to $73,680, medical and dental insurance contributions, professional development, paid leave, and other benefits.
