Description
The Program Support Officer supports residents in achieving independence and social participation through individual conversations, goal-setting, tailored training, information sessions, motivation, and encouragement of daytime and social activities. The role requires an HBO degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a teaching qualification, at least two years of group-training experience, flexible evening and weekend availability, strong communication and cultural sensitivity, and a car with a valid driver’s license. It is a temporary contract with possible permanent employment, offering a 32–36-hour flexible workweek and a monthly salary of €3,468.93–€4,809.85.
