Pathways to Community is hiring a full-time Program Support Professional III in the Twin Cities metro area to provide one-on-one and small-group support to adults with developmental disabilities. The role includes in-home support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, supervision, and transportation to community appointments and events. The schedule requires three weekday shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and full weekend availability from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with 35 hours per week guaranteed and compensation of $20.50 per hour. A valid driver’s license, liability insurance, acceptable driving record, English communication skills, water-activity ability, and background-check clearance are required; prior experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.
