Description
The Program Support Specialist oversees client documentation for Group Day and Group Supported Employment programs, supports staff training and mentoring, develops individualized rehabilitation and person-centered service plans, leads interdisciplinary meetings, and maintains compliance with Medicaid, licensing, CARF, and other regulatory requirements. The role also supports community outreach, audits service records, prepares reports, and monitors direct support professionals’ compliance. Candidates should have at least three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in vocational, residential, or recreational programs, customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work at various program locations. Compensation is $20–$23.99 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
