Description
The Program Support Volunteer supports Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota participants by providing mentorship, career-readiness coaching, mock interviews, resume feedback, academic tutoring, and encouragement. The role is unpaid, self-scheduled, and may be performed in person or virtually for 2–4-hour shifts. Applicants must have strong communication skills, experience or comfort supporting learners with varied academic backgrounds, pass a criminal background check, and complete required orientation and training.
