Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc. is hiring a Program/Technical SME (Client Relationships) to drive business development in the Federal Civilian market by managing pipelines, writing winning proposals, building relationships with federal agencies and partners, and supporting account and sales planning with the Chief Growth Officer. The role is based within commuting distance of Columbia, Maryland and uses a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote days. It requires experience in government contracting and new business capture, a bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, and strong communication and leadership skills.
