Description
Transparent BPO is hiring a full-time, mid-level Trainer to deliver client-aligned training for new hires and tenured contact-center agents, monitor speed to proficiency, maintain training records, and communicate insights to Training and Operations leadership. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, at least one year of program-trainer or adult-teaching experience, and onsite work at the Belmopan location. Spanish fluency and prior training experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
