Description
The Trainer delivers Perpay onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and tenured staff, aligning curriculum with quality assurance, compliance, and operational KPIs. The role analyzes agent performance, graduation and KPI trends, QA deductions, and delivery setbacks to update training materials and improve agent retention and floor performance. It requires at least three months of Core vertical experience, strong analytical and facilitation skills, coachability, and an onsite presence at the Belize City location.
