Description
The Mars Young Apprentice program offers practical learning and professional development to young people aged 18 to 22, with secondary or technical education in progress or completed. The program provides training, exposure to different business areas, and participation in projects and daily routines across logistics, utilities, fiscal, operations, maintenance, human resources, finance, or sales. Work locations include Guararema, Mogi Mirim, Campinas, Descalvado, Abreu e Lima, and Ponta Grossa, with basic Office knowledge and familiarity with the relevant areas preferred.
