SAIC is hiring a Programmatic Space Systems Engineer in Chantilly, Virginia to support a Department of War satellite program. The role provides systems-engineering guidance on reusable spacecraft, develops requirements and technical architecture, oversees subsystem development and integration, manages technical risks, supports acquisition documentation and contract reviews, and coordinates with Government Program Managers, developers, and COTRs. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience or a master's degree with at least zero years of experience, plus satellite systems, acquisition, and program-management experience; a TS/SCI clearance is required, while previous SAP experience is desired.
