HSBC is hiring a Programme and Project Services Analyst for its Central Portfolio Project Management Office within the Group COO Transformation Services. The role supports portfolio and programme governance, delivery planning, dashboards, resource and budget management, financial guardrails, change control, risk and issue tracking, and compliance with HSBC’s change framework and project management standards. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience in project, programme, portfolio delivery, financial management, or PMO/PPM roles, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with waterfall and Agile approaches and PPM tools.
