Description
The World Food Programme is hiring a Programme Associate focused on the Community Feedback Mechanism in Monrovia, Liberia. The role reports to the Head of Research, Assessment & Monitoring and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and functionality of the CFM, including information management, standard operating procedures, feedback and case management, quality assurance, referrals of sensitive allegations, staff capacity building, community sensitization, trend analysis, and translating findings into program improvements and accountability to affected populations. The position requires a first university degree in business administration, social sciences, information management with a client/customer services focus, or a related field, plus at least two years of client/customer service or social work experience and Level C English.
