OMNIA® Training is seeking a Programme Controls Manager to join their team in Warminster, Wiltshire, United Kingdom. This role involves transforming British Army training by designing, delivering, and optimizing collective training programs. The manager will lead a team of project controllers and planners, focusing on program controls, scheduling, and business intelligence. Key responsibilities include setting objectives, guiding project control staff, creating schedules, producing financial reports, overseeing master schedule management, driving TCIF reporting, and ensuring compliance with Raytheon UK standards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Subject Matter Expert in a Project Controls environment with working knowledge of Planning and Scheduling Excellence and the Generally Accepted Principles of Scheduling.
Advanced knowledge of best practice Earned Value Management (EVM).
Ability to support and guide Programme Managers and their team’s ability to multi-task, with good written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the business.
Ability to support, guide and influence project teams to ensure programmes are set up in accordance with Raytheon standard practices and processes.
Demonstrable commitment to continuing professional development
Eligible for or Holder of current SC security clearance (RSL will sponsor as required).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience of working with complex programmes in a partnership arrangement with partner integration
Holding the equivalent experience to or holding a relevant degree.
Working knowledge of Risk & Opportunity Management Processes.
Experience of working within the Defence Industry.
Relevant Project Controls professional qualifications
Experience operating in joint or matrixed teams
