Description
The 3SAS Programme Manager will oversee the transition and governance of the Strategic Space Situational Awareness System (3SAS) Programme in its operating and maintenance phase, coordinate the Programme’s Steering Group, advise on budget and implementation, act as the 3SAS product owner, and govern security and functionality changes across the applications. The role manages technology and business relationships at the project level, supports project documentation and stakeholder coordination, and collaborates with NATO’s ICT, security, and geospatial teams. It requires a relevant university degree, at least three years of multi-year project experience in an international organization, ICT procurement and software experience, SDLC knowledge, and advanced English or French with elementary proficiency in the other language. The position is based at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and offers a three-year definite-duration contract with possible renewal.
