Description
The State Institute for Horticulture (LVG) Heidelberg is hiring a full-time employee to support the organisation and development of the Dual Study Programme BW “Sustainable Construction and Resource Management” in landscape gardening and land development, in cooperation with the DHBW Mosbach. The role involves designing degree-programme content, developing subject-specific study materials, delivering lectures on climate change and biodiversity, recruiting guest speakers, liaising with the university and students, and preparing reports. The position is initially limited until 31 December 2027 and may be extended for two further years subject to funding confirmation. Applicants need a university degree in a relevant field, strong subject knowledge and practical experience in landscape gardening and land development, pedagogical knowledge, digital-media skills, fluent German, and strong organisational and communication abilities.
