World Vision Angola is hiring a local, fixed-term Resource Mobilization Officer to support programme development and resource acquisition. The role manages donor pipelines, funding opportunities, proposals, concept notes, budgets, contracts, MoUs, donor due diligence, social media, and grant handovers; it requires Portuguese and English fluency, communication and public-speaking skills, computer and design software proficiency, and experience with proposals or fundraising. The position is office-based in Luanda with potential frequent field travel and 20% domestic or international travel.
