Save the Children is hiring a Programme Director and External Engagement for its Venezuela country office in Caracas. The role leads the design and delivery of the country’s programme, localization, fundraising, advocacy, media, risk, emergency preparedness, and performance-management strategies; directly manages heads of four programme units; and represents the organization with government, donors, partners, the UN, and Save the Children’s global and regional networks. The position requires at least five years of senior management experience in international or humanitarian contexts, senior country leadership experience, strong programme and people-management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.
