Description
Datacom is hiring a Programme Director to serve as the sole accountable leader for a complex, high-value enterprise programme. The role owns programme vision, planning, governance, delivery, budgets, risks, resources, change management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and mentoring of Programme Managers, while also supporting pre-sales, bid development, and future programme strategy. The position requires extensive experience in programme management, complex multi-vendor environments, Agile and Waterfall delivery, commercial governance, and executive-level communication, along with relevant programme and agile certifications.
