Description
Assystem is hiring a Strategic Pursuits and Programme Director for its Fusion and Modular Nuclear business unit. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the role leads strategic bids and pursuit strategies, oversees strategic programme delivery and P&L, defines new-build project strategies, builds and develops teams, optimises performance and resources, and represents Assystem with clients, partners, and consortium stakeholders. The position requires a degree in engineering, project management, or a relevant technical field, extensive regulated-sector experience, P&L accountability, NEC contract knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
