Description
Assystem is hiring a Strategic Pursuits and Programme Director for its Fusion and Modular Nuclear business unit. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the role leads strategic bids and pursuit strategies, oversees strategic programme delivery and P&L, defines new-build project strategies, builds and develops teams, optimises performance and resources, manages client and consortium relationships, and represents Assystem in joint ventures and industry initiatives. The position requires a degree in engineering, project management, or a relevant technical field, extensive regulated-sector experience, P&L accountability, familiarity with NEC contracts and Owner’s Engineer roles, and strong senior-stakeholder communication skills.
