Description
The Oracle Cloud ERP Programme Director will provide strategic authority and executive accountability for a multi-entity, multi-country Oracle Cloud ERP transformation. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the role chairs governance bodies, oversees delivery against scope, budget, schedule and quality, manages major vendor and partner disputes, protects group-template integrity, and leads the transition from partner-led to internally led delivery. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree, 15+ years leading complex IT or ERP programmes, strong Oracle, SAP or comparable ERP experience, professional English and French fluency, and willingness to travel across deployment locations in Africa and the Middle East.
