DEPT® is seeking a Senior Programme Manager for its Experience & Engineering team in the Netherlands, with hybrid work in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. The role leads complex digital experience projects, manages budgets and third parties, supports clients and project managers, develops team members, and helps convert opportunities into new projects. Candidates need at least five years of programme management experience in a digital agency, leadership experience, experience delivering complex online platforms, Agile/Scrum knowledge, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work with designers and developers.
