L3Harris is hiring a Programme Engineering Lead in Barrow-In-Furness, United Kingdom, to lead the Astute Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) programme. The role involves developing engineering strategy, leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, coordinating with programme and project managers, managing risks and dependencies, serving as the primary technical contact for customers and stakeholders, and providing guidance across engineering disciplines. The position requires experience leading engineering teams on complex defence programmes, systems and requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and requirements tools such as DOORS; maritime, software engineering, MBSE, and systems architecture experience are preferred. Hybrid working is possible, with 60% of time spent onsite over a one-month period.
