Capco is hiring a Programme Management Office (PMO) professional in Bangalore for an 8–12-year experience role supporting financial-services transformation projects. The position develops programme governance, compliance with Change Delivery Standards, reporting, risk and issue management, resource and financial oversight, Clarity data maintenance, stakeholder communication, change management support, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates closely with Programme and Project Managers and serves as a coordination point across business units, workstreams, and external partners.
