Boeing Defence UK is hiring a full-time Programme Manager – Aircraft Design Organisation Services (E-7) in Bristol to lead cross-functional programme delivery for E-7 design organisation services supporting aircraft sustainment. The role is responsible for integrating global teams, managing contractual scope, KPIs, stakeholders, and continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and customer requirements. It requires strong programme management leadership in a matrix environment, with preferred background in aerospace engineering and extensive experience in aerospace project/programme management.
