DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Programme Manager in UKI on a permanent full-time hybrid basis to lead large-scale logistics and supply chain transformation programmes from planning through implementation. The role governs timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and benefits; engages senior operational, commercial, and IT stakeholders; leads cross-functional project teams; supports change management; and coaches Project Managers. Candidates should have significant experience leading complex projects or programmes in logistics, supply chain, operational change, or business transformation, along with strong stakeholder influence, commercial awareness, and change-management capabilities.
