Description
Downer is hiring an experienced Programme Manager for its Telco NZ business in Auckland. Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, the role leads multiple concurrent projects across customers, contracts, and workstreams; establishes programme priorities and delivery strategies; coaches Project Managers and delivery teams; manages revenue, margin, profitability, cash flow, forecasting, risks, resources, and stakeholder engagement; and resolves escalated commercial, contractual, and delivery issues. The position requires 5 to 7+ years of project or programme management experience, at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project teams, significant financial accountability, and strong commercial, forecasting, stakeholder, negotiation, and risk-management capabilities.
