Fletcher Construction is hiring a permanent Programme Manager in Wellington to lead planning excellence for the Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi project. The role manages a team of two planners, develops and optimises project programmes using Primavera P6, coordinates construction and engineering delivery sequences, monitors milestones and risks, and provides governance, reporting, forecasting, and schedule analysis. Candidates need at least 12 years of experience in programme management, construction planning or scheduling on large infrastructure or civil projects, advanced Primavera P6 capability, and a tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
