The Programme Manager will join the Health Promotion Board's Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards Division, focusing on driving, designing, and implementing reward-based initiatives to promote healthier lifestyles among Singapore residents. Key responsibilities include leading policy and governance, overseeing program operations such as Healthier SG and MediShield Life premium discounts, and ensuring effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in rewards or loyalty programme policy development, governance or audit management, operations management, data analysis, or project management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multi-agency coordination and stakeholder management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn new processes and help improve how things work.
Strong communication and relationship management skills with ability to work effectively with people at different levels and coordinate across agencies.
Proactive, resourceful mindset with the initiative to work independently and deliver results.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
