Hypersonica is hiring a Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex defence programmes across the United Kingdom. The role translates military requirements and contracts into executable plans, leads cross-functional engineering, operations, supply chain, and test teams, manages suppliers and subcontractors, governs schedules, costs, technical progress, risks, and reporting, and leads commercial and delivery negotiations. Candidates need at least five years of experience in defence, aerospace, policy, or similarly high-consequence environments, with experience working with the UK Ministry of Defence and Defence and Security Agency, and a track record of leading negotiations and cross-functional delivery.
