Description
The role owns the day-to-day delivery of defence programmes or major workstreams, translating customer and contractual requirements into plans, milestones, and priorities while coordinating engineering, operations, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking progress, risks, and dependencies; supporting change control, delivery planning, and customer reporting; and preparing decision-ready programme materials. The position requires at least five years of experience in defence, aerospace, policy, or a similarly high-consequence environment, bilingual German and English fluency, and experience or exposure to customer-facing work.
