Description
Teledyne Qioptiq is seeking a Programme Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programmes across the New Product Introduction lifecycle, from bid and requirements definition through design, development, qualification, production readiness, and transition to full-rate production. The role owns programme outcomes, plans and budgets, manages risks and changes, coordinates technical and commercial stakeholders, supports bid and commercial performance, and ensures a controlled transition to manufacturing and business-as-usual operations. Candidates should have experience leading complex engineering or manufacturing programmes, with relevant experience in defence, aerospace, photonics, electro-optics, precision manufacturing, or other regulated sectors preferred.
