Description
PUM is hiring a Programme Manager Field Crops & Beekeeping to manage its field crops and beekeeping programme, translate client requests into project proposals, develop programme strategies, build an expert community, secure funding, coordinate project planning, and support sustainable agribusiness ecosystems. The role requires hands-on experience in field crops and beekeeping, a strong Dutch agribusiness network, programme management and team leadership experience, and availability for 30 hours per week. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,045 to €5,778 based on a full-time 37.5-hour contract, with benefits including holiday and commuting allowances, a pension plan, and a vitality budget.
