Description
PUM is hiring a Programme Manager Horticulture to manage its horticulture programme, translate client requests into project proposals, match clients with horticulture experts, develop programme strategies and partnerships, secure funding, monitor trends, manage data and knowledge, and support project delivery. The role requires horticulture value-chain experience, programme management and team leadership, a bachelor’s or master’s working and thinking level, and 10 years of professional horticulture experience combined with a strong business network in the Netherlands. It is available for 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE) and offers a gross monthly salary of €4,045 to €5,778.
