LGC Clinical Diagnostics is recruiting an experienced Programme Manager to lead New Product Development initiatives from concept through commercial launch. The role manages end-to-end programme plans, cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, risks, collaborators, market needs, performance indicators, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have a degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field, 5–7+ years of programme or project management experience, knowledge of project management methodologies, and expertise in budgeting, risk management, and collaborator engagement.
