Description
The Programme Manager will lead and coordinate the Selous Conservation Programme in Tanzania, supporting protected area management for Selous Game Reserve through law enforcement support, ecological monitoring, infrastructure, planning, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and team leadership. The role operates in a remote field environment and requires strong collaboration with TAWA, government institutions, donors, communities, and partners to improve management effectiveness, conservation outcomes, and long-term sustainability of the Selous ecosystem.
