Description
The HALO Trust is hiring a permanent, full-time Programme Officer to join its Partnerships and Donor Management team in Afghanistan. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Donor Management, the role focuses on funding acquisition, grant and project management, reporting, and partnership development with donors, HQ, and Afghan and international stakeholders. The position requires strong proposal and report writing, coordination, communication, Microsoft Office, and donor awareness skills, and it must be performed full time on site in Afghanistan, with travel to field locations as needed.
