Programme Officer at the-halo-trust

HALO is hiring a full-time Programme Officer in Afghanistan to support the Partnerships and Donor Management team with funding acquisition, grant and project management, reporting, and partnerships/external relations. The role requires strong proposal and report writing, donor coordination, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in restricted, fast-paced environments in Afghanistan. It is based full time on-site in Afghanistan and includes accommodation, leave, flights, and comprehensive insurance.
