Restless Development is hiring a Programme Officer for its YIGA project in Arua, Terego and Madi-Okollo, West Nile, Uganda. The one-year fixed-term role reports to the Programme Coordinator, supports youth civic learning, governance and accountability activities, community dialogue, service monitoring, media collaboration and MEL, and coordinates logistics and financial accountability. The position requires a graduate-level degree or equivalent experience, governance and youth engagement experience, event and budget management skills, computer proficiency, problem-solving ability, and a valid riding permit. The salary is UGX 47,084,760 gross per annum, with regular domestic travel and an application deadline of 5 October 2026 at 5:00 PM E.A.T.
