Description
The HALO Trust is hiring a permanent, full-time Programme Officer in Afghanistan to support its Partnerships and Donor Management team. The role focuses on funding acquisition, donor relations, grant and project reporting, partnerships, and external relations, with close collaboration across programme, MEAL, communications, HQ, and external stakeholders. The position is based full-time in Afghanistan and cannot be done remotely, requiring ability to work in restricted and fast-changing environments.
