Description
The World Food Programme is hiring a Programme Policy Officer for a 12-month fixed-term assignment in Lahore, Pakistan. Reporting to the Head of Office Punjab, the role leads the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, reviews, and strategic development of nutrition, food systems, and school meals programmes; engages provincial government and development stakeholders; manages partners; supports assessments and evidence generation; and supervises programme staff. Candidates need an advanced university degree in a relevant field or a first degree with two years of related experience, at least five years of progressively responsible experience in nutrition, food systems, food security, public health, or programme management, and fluency in English.
