WFP Malawi is hiring a Programme Policy Officer, SO2 Manager (Human Capital Development – Nutrition and School Meals) for a 12-month renewable fixed-term contract in Lilongwe. The role leads the design, implementation, quality assurance, monitoring, evidence generation, and progressive national handover of nutrition and school meals programming, including Home-Grown School Feeding, cash-based transfers, local procurement, food safety, government policy support, donor partnerships, and capacity strengthening. The incumbent will supervise the Human Capital Development team, travel approximately 30 percent of the time, and require fluency in English and Chichewa.
