Trócaire is hiring a Programme Quality (PQ) Coordinator in Damascus, Syria, on a one-year fixed-term contract with possible extension and hybrid modality. Reporting to the MEAL Manager, the role strengthens programme quality and results-based management across Trócaire’s Syria response and local partners. Responsibilities include partner monitoring and capacity strengthening, programme cycle and MEAL support, data collection and quality assurance, analysis and visualisation, accountability and safeguarding, sector coordination, learning, context analysis, reporting, and support to baselines, PDMs, reviews, and evaluations. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least four years of MEAL/programme quality/RBM experience in an international NGO or equivalent setting, proficiency in English and Arabic, and skills with Excel and digital data collection tools such as Kobo.
